Performance Coaching
Introduction
In this one-day course, participants will be equipped with necessary interpersonal, coaching and counselling skills and knowledge to address poor employee performance and behaviour, and improve their motivation and productivity. They will receive and practice proven tools, techniques, and strategies which they can apply immediately to get the best from their staff.
This is a highly engaging and intensive, experiential and dynamic course packed with learning activities, practical exercises, laughter, fun and experience sharing.
