Getting Ahead by Getting Along
Overview
The work environment is becoming more and more challenging today. Co-workers are now more likely to come from other countries and from different cultural or ethnic backgrounds. As humans we are guilty of jumping to conclusions about other people’s motives or attitudes, hence a certain amount of conflict is inevitable. However, if we do not address this conflict at its buds, it becomes counterproductive and affects the morale of all at work. This workshop aims to equip participants with the skills to settle personality clashes at work and to get along with others.
