Overview
Our career paths – no matter how carefully chosen and planned may sometimes become stagnant. Often we notice people with similar academic qualifications progressing at different rates in the work place. Some will be quickly promoted while others may be stuck in the same position for a long time. Why does this happen?
This seminar will reveal insights as to why the above phenomena happens to most people and what can be done to produce the best result for each individual. The dynamism of market forces and advancement in technology requires us to constantly manage changes in our environment in order to remain employable.
