Day 1 - 7 hours

• Introduction
• Chap 1: PM Framework
• Chap 2: Project Life Cycle and organisation
• Chap 3: Project Management Processes of a Project

Day 2 - 7 hours

• Chap 4: Project Integration Management
• Chap 5: Project Scope Management

Day 3 - 7 hours

• Chap 6: Project Time Management
• Chap 7: Project Cost Management

Day 4 - 7 hours

• Chap 8: Project Quality Management
• Chap 9: Project Human resources Management
• Chap 10: Project Communications Management

Day 5 - 7 hours

• Chap 11: Project Risk Management
• Chap 12: Project Procurement Management
• Chap 13: Professional Responsibilities

At end of each topic, participants will be provided a test, followed by a review of the test questions.

Course Schedule

• 5 days Full-Time : Mon to Fri, 9.30pm – 5.30pm
• 2x weekends Part-Time : 2x Sat & Sun, 10.00am – 6.30pm
