Total Training Plan/ Training Needs Analysis

This intervention is a plan based on the results of a training needs survey and analysis conducted by the company or by an external training provider. The training plan focuses on specific as well as generic skills necessary to meet the varying needs of employees in the organization. The plan aims to provide a comprehensive and objective training package for all levels of staff ranging from operators to technicians,line leaders, supervisors, professionals, managers, directors and senior executives of the organization.The contents of the total training plan will include, mission, vision, key focus areas, roles of training & development, types of training services, training calendar, summary of total training plan and course synopses.
