Performance Management System

Performance management is an important process which can contribute muh to the success of organizations. It is a departure from the traditional once- a year performance appraisal exercise. Under this system, performance management is a more timely and responsive process, with active participation of employees and managers. In this intervention, a process that provides intermediate review stages is provided so that employees can take necessary corrective actions to improve appraisal outcomes, or maintain/continue current behaviour that are successful in producing intended results
