Organizational Climate Surveys & Audit

The organizational climate survey and audit is an intervention to measure the health of the organization using a survey based approach. An effective Climate Survey is a valuable tool for measuring cultural alignment, addressing critical issues, making strategic decisions, setting organizational goals and tracking progress. Climate Surveys capture the pulse of your organization, assess company values, identify competency levels, identifies policy impact and guides leadership decisions to improve effectiveness and morale. We conduct Climate Surveys on-line or on paper. We manage the survey project to ensure maximum participation, anonymity, confidentiality and data accuracy. We keep you informed on a regular basis on your project status to ensure your success.

Climate Survey reports are available electronically or hardcopy providing summaries, detailed statistics, demographic analysis, and written feedback. Together with the survey report we provide feedback coaching, on-site presentations, executive coaching and facilitated action planning.

This type of survey is usually driven by the business need to change or align with a new    vision. These surveys usually measure one or more of the following:

  • Employee Perceptions of Managers

These surveys vary in length from 20-70 questions depending on how targeted the questions are and how many areas need to be evaluated. The results are analyzed and an interpretive summary is delivered to the senior management team. The results and action plans that result are then rolled into the strategic plans of the company.
