Action Learning
Action Learning is one of the most powerful problem solving tools, as well as team and OD tools to be used all over the world. This intervention provides a well tested method of accelerated learning that enables people to master and handle difficult situations at their job area. Action learning is not only a powerful tool for solving real problems, it also provides group participation with the leadership skills and self awareness required to help the organization devlop and adapt to changing environment. Six functional elements are invloved in action learning inervention starting from action learning group or team right through a group facilitator. Action learning programs can be single -project in company programs or multiple task, open set programs.
